Kitty Rex Studio Covid-19 Policies and Procedures:

The following are the Covid-19 guidelines for classes by Kitty Rex Studio. Please know that these guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and staff. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Studio Rules and Regulations:

​

• Covid-19 is full of change. Prior to the first class, you will receive information via email about the most up-to-date Covid procedures in the classroom.

• We follow the Fayettville-Manlius School District guidelines for masking. If masking is optional, please choose what is best for your family.  

• 8 artists max per class.

• Windows will be open or classes will be held outside, weather permitting. 

• We use  a medical-grade air filter in the studio.

• Kids get sick! If your child is ill or has a fever, please stay home and rest. Refer to the missed class policy above for how to make up a class. 

• Covid 19 Screening Questions will be emailed on the first class of each session. If your child or any family member are exposed to COVID-19, inform us and quarantine as required. Confirmation that your child has tested negative is necessary before returning to art class. Refer to the missed class policy above for how to make up a class. 

• No smocks will be provided. Please dress for any messes or bring your own smock.

• Hand sanitizer will be provided when entering the studio and students will be encouraged to wash their hands frequently throughout class.

• Social distancing measures will be in place. 

• All commonly used surfaces such as door handles, tables and chairs, will be disinfected before each class.

 

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF:

• Please maintain social distancing procedures when picking up or dropping off your child.
